Making changes to your Pacifica product subscription(s) is easy. Just follow these steps.
No changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the order processing date. Your credit card will be charged, and your order will be shipped as originally scheduled.
No refunds will be issued for subscription orders once your order is shipped.
Setting up your Pacifica account. You must have a Pacifica account to manage or cancel your subscription(s). If you already have one, great! Just log in. If you do not already have an account, click here to get started. It will only take a few minutes.
Changing order frequency, updating your shipping address, or canceling your subscription. Once you’re logged into your account, click on “Orders” and then “MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.”
Changing or cancelling your next order. You will receive an email notice four days prior to each order processing. If you want to change or cancel an upcoming order, you must log in and make changes immediately.
Credit card updates. If you want to update the payment method for your subscription, please contact us. We will send you an email with a secure link that will allow you to make the update.
