The Pacifica Subscription Program is a renewal service that automatically ships your favorite Pacifica products right to your door, at a frequency you choose.
Customers who participate in our subscription program receive a 5% discount on the products they subscribe to and free shipping on subscription orders $40 or more!
There is no minimum term of the subscription and no minimum purchase obligation.
Here’s how the Pacifica Subscription Program works.
- If you don’t already have a Pacifica account, start by creating one. A Pacifica account is required to manage or cancel your subscription(s). Setting up your account only takes a few minutes! Click here and follow the simple prompts.
- To activate a product subscription, navigate to your cart. Next, click the box next to “SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE 5%” for product(s) you want automatically shipped to you at regular intervals.
- A drop-down allowing you to choose an order frequency will appear. Choose the frequency that works best for you.
- You can change your order frequency, update your shipping address, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Pacifica account.
- Four days before each order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email about the impending order. This will give you enough time to change or cancel your order before it is processed.
No changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the order processing date. Your credit card will be charged, and your order will be shipped as originally scheduled.
No refunds will be issued for subscription orders once your order is shipped.
6. When each order is processed, the credit card you have on file will be charged for the amount of the product(s) selected for subscription fulfillment.
Your subscription will continue until you cancel it by logging into your Pacifica account.
