Yes! It’s easy to ensure you receive multiple Pacifica product subscription orders at the same time.
To combine your subscription orders, you must have a Pacifica account.
All subscription products that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address, and payment method will ship as one order.
So, if you have more than one subscription order and want the items to ship in the same order, simply log into your Pacifica account, click on “Orders” at the top of your account screen and then “MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.”
Once on the My Subscriptions page, simply update all order dates to be the same. To do so, click on “Change Date” in the top-right corner of each subscription order.
Once you’ve completed this step, confirm that all orders feature the same shipping address, billing address, and payment method.
If your shipping or billing addresses are different, click on the “Edit” link under the address you want to update and make the appropriate changes.
Please contact us if you need to update your payment information. We’ll send you an email with a secure link that will allow you to make any necessary changes.
No changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the order processing date. Your credit card will be charged, and your order will be shipped as originally scheduled.
No refunds will be issued for subscription orders once your order is shipped.
