You can pause or cancel your product subscription by logging into your online Pacifica account.
If you already have an account, great! Just log in to get started. If you do not have an account yet, you can quickly set one up by clicking here.
Once you’re logged into your account, click on “Orders” at the top of your account screen and then “MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.”
To cancel your subscription to a Pacifica product, click the “Cancel Subscription” link to the right of the item you wish to cancel. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling.
Once you’ve selected a cancel reason and clicked the “Stop Subscription” button, your subscription will be cancelled, and no future orders will be placed.
To pause your subscription to a Pacifica product, click the “Pause Subscription” link to the right of the item you wish to pause. You’ll be prompted to select a shipment resume date.
Once you’ve selected the date and clicked the subsequent
“Pause Subscription” button, your subscription will be paused and will resume shipment on the date that you selected.
No changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the order processing date. Your credit card will be charged, and your order will be shipped as originally scheduled.
No refunds will be issued for subscription orders once your order is shipped.
