Changing the shipping address for your Pacifica product subscription takes only a couple of minutes.
Before you’re able to make this change, however, you must first have a Pacifica account. If you already have an account, great! Just log in to get started.
If you do not have an account yet, you can quickly set one up by clicking here.
Once you’re logged into your account, click on “Orders” at the top of your account screen and then “MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.”
To change your shipping address for an order, click the “Edit” link located directly below your current shipping information.
Select a previous shipping address from the dropdown menu or create a new one to add to your account. This address will apply to all subscriptions and future orders unless otherwise noted.
To change your billing address for an order, click the “Edit” link located directly below your current billing information. This will open a new page where you can add new payment information.
This billing information will apply to all subscriptions and future orders. Please remember to click “OK” and verify that your updated information saved successfully. Changes require up to 24 hours to be processed.
No changes or cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the order processing date. Your credit card will be charged, and your order will be shipped as originally scheduled.
No refunds will be issued for subscription orders once your order is shipped.
