If you're having trouble in your account and managing your subscription, it is most likely due to your account not being activated!
When you sign up for an account, we send another email to activate your account. This confirmation email gives you access to managing your subscriptions and all account info. Unfortunately, this sometimes gets sent to the spam/junk folder.
