There are two ways to check the status and tracking of your Pacifica online order. The first option is to check your email for order and shipping confirmations. The shipping info will be sent to you once the order has shipped and you will be able to track the package from there. You can also log on to your Pacifica account on our website. Your account will list out all of our your orders and the status will be visible. From there you can find tracking and if the order has been processed.
